kil\u00f3metros, desde el sector San Fernando, en la zona urbana de El Carmen, hasta la autopista Medell\u00edn \u2013 Bogot\u00e1 a la entrada de El Santuario, proyecto que demandar\u00e1 inversiones por 99.563 millones de pesos.<\/p><p>Este proyecto, est\u00e1 contemplado dentro de las obras complementarias que debe ejecutar la Concesi\u00f3n Aburr\u00e1 Oriente, que se financiar\u00e1n con los excedentes del peaje del T\u00fanel de Oriente. La intervenci\u00f3n en la malla vial y la construcci\u00f3n de obras de ampliaci\u00f3n y mejoramiento han planteado hist\u00f3ricas soluciones que no dieron finalmente cierre financiero y ahora descartan que sea en doble calzada, por lo menos en el mediano plazo. La apuesta gubernamental para darle soluci\u00f3n provisional a la alta demanda de veh\u00edculos en tr\u00e1nsito hacia la zona de embalses es poner a punto, circuitos viales intermunicipales que hoy hacen parte de las v\u00edas terciarias a cargo del departamento<span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; font-weight: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-weight ); font-size: 1rem;\">.<\/span><\/p><p>Seg\u00fan el Secretario Regional y Sectorial de Desarrollo Territorial de Antioquia, Juan Pablo L\u00f3pez Cort\u00e9s, present\u00f3 lo que ser\u00eda este proyecto, que busca mejorar la movilidad en esta zona y que tendr\u00eda un valor cercano a los 2 billones 440 mil millones de pesos, e involucrar\u00eda los corredores viales Marinilla \u2013 San Rafael &#8211; Marinilla \u2013 El Pe\u00f1ol; m\u00e1s una variante en el municipio de El Pe\u00f1ol, la rehabilitaci\u00f3n desde la Autopista Medell\u00edn \u2013 Bogot\u00e1 a Granada y Guatap\u00e9 y San Vicente \u2013 El Pe\u00f1ol.<\/p><p>Para la financiaci\u00f3n y lo planteado en el Plan de Desarrollo Nacional 2022-2026, se han propuesto varias fuentes alternativas para la obtenci\u00f3n de recursos, como recaudo de peajes con tarifas diferenciadas, derrame de valorizaci\u00f3n, aportes de los gobiernos nacional y departamental y l\u00edneas de cr\u00e9dito. Al respecto, el exministro de Transporte, Guillermo Reyes Gonz\u00e1lez, se comprometi\u00f3 en su momento con impulsar estos proyectos y asegur\u00f3 que, para ello se requer\u00eda hacer sociedad con la Gobernaci\u00f3n de Antioquia y los entes municipales. Para pavimentaciones municipales, se intervendr\u00e1n m\u00e1s de 150 kil\u00f3metros de v\u00edas urbanas y rurales. Dentro de estos circuitos estrat\u00e9gicos, est\u00e1 incluida la pavimentaci\u00f3n de cuatro kil\u00f3metros de la v\u00eda Cocorn\u00e1 \u2013 El Ramal.<\/p><p>En materia de red vial departamental el \u00e9nfasis es la pavimentaci\u00f3n de las v\u00edas que comunican a cinco cabeceras municipales, dentro de las cuales est\u00e1n Barbosa \u2013 Concepci\u00f3n y Sons\u00f3n \u2013 Argelia, con unas inversiones por 34.000 millones de pesos. Tambi\u00e9n la pavimentaci\u00f3n de la v\u00eda Concepci\u00f3n \u2013 Alejandr\u00eda, m\u00e1s la estabilizaci\u00f3n de taludes y seguimiento detallado a la pavimentaci\u00f3n de la v\u00eda <em>Granada \u2013 San Carlos, <\/em>un contrato para 9.4 kil\u00f3metros, con inversiones por 18.000 millones de pesos, que debe estar terminada en 2023.<\/p><p>La v\u00eda La Quiebra \u2013 Nari\u00f1o, se declar\u00f3 incumplimiento en el contrato, para el puente sobre el r\u00edo Negrito y un kil\u00f3metro de pavimentaci\u00f3n, el cual ya cuenta nuevamente con acta de inicio de obras, lo cual dio v\u00eda libre a esta obra. Este es un convenio entre la Gobernaci\u00f3n de Antioquia y la Gobernaci\u00f3n de Caldas, con el Instituto Nacional de V\u00edas \u2013 Inv\u00edas, por 210 mil millones de pesos que en su primera fase ejecutar\u00e1 100 mil millones en el mejoramiento y rehabilitaci\u00f3n de 36 kil\u00f3metros.<\/p><p>Ser\u00e1n alrededor de 200 mil personas que habitan en los municipios de La Dorada, Norcasia y Saman\u00e1, en Caldas; Nari\u00f1o y Sons\u00f3n, en Antioquia, quienes se ver\u00e1n beneficiadas con el proyecto, que contempla el mejoramiento de la transitabilidad por este importante corredor vial, el cual durante a\u00f1os estuvo olvidado y donde actualmente existe una importante din\u00e1mica agr\u00edcola y tur\u00edstica.<\/p><p>A partir de ahora, no habr\u00e1 incertidumbre por parte de los habitantes de Antioquia y Caldas con la construcci\u00f3n de la v\u00eda del Renacimiento, que ve\u00edan lejana la puesta en marcha de un proceso contractual que reuniera las voluntades de dos departamentos y sumara a la expectativa de los habitantes de esta jurisdicci\u00f3n.
